PhotoPerfect for Polaroid Technical Support

Important notes:

binuscan IPM crashes after processing a certain number of images,
or stops with the message "Dongle not found (Master version) or scanner not supported".

binuscan PhotoPerfect Advanced and Master Version 4.4

Depending on the error obtained, the results will be different:
- In some cases relaunching the IPM to continue processing will not be possible. If this is the case, please reinstall PhotoPerfect or email support@binuscan.com.
- Otherwise, please quit and relaunch the IPM. All images that have caused an error should be located in the TO CHECK folder. Simply copy these to the Data:Tmp folder to re-process them.

This is due to a memory allocation problem in an external library used by binuscan IPM to process PolaColor Insight
negative scans. The following patch will fix the library: Updater_library.sit.bin -- 281K.

For users of SprintScan 45 and SprintScan 35LE under Mac OS 8

binuscan PhotoPerfect Advanced and Master
The special scanning driver included in binuscan PhotoPerfect for Polaroid (Macintosh version) needs to be updated to be fully compatible with the new Mac OS 8.
The Updater application is available for download below:

For users of SprintScan 35 Plus whose serial number ends with a "C"

binuscan PhotoPerfect Advanced and Master
The "C" in the scanner's serial number means the scanner has a new CCD and requires an updated version of the Polaroid driver, as well as updated processing modules in binuscan PhotoPerfect for Polaroid.
The updaters below will perform both operations: update driver and install new modules.
There are different updaters for each version (Advanced, Master) and each platform (Macintosh, PC).
